Our Services

We offer resources to assist our members in a smooth and positive transition into rebuilding their lives.

• Our services will be provided to our members through an App. It will be available on a tablet from the moment of incarceration, positioning our members right away to be prepared for what they can create for themselves once released.

• Assistance will be individualized for each member which will include access to case management with probation/parole, transitional housing, vocational training, formal education opportunities, employment advancement/opportunities and personal health and well-being programs.

• Programs designed to assist transitional age youth avoid societal pit-falls and become successful individuals while contributing in positive manners in their communities.

• Bicycle program will provide free transportation to our members. Bicycles will be donated by select bicycle manufacturers.
